About Me, Jo Adams
Jo is an experienced HR, OD and Change Consultant working successfully in corporate and public sector environments with experience in leading large, complex change programmes delivering significant business improvements, as a strategic HR business partner, leading diverse project teams and designing and delivering learning and development solutions.
Jo is a qualified HR Practitioner and Coach, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and a Member of the Association for Coaching. She is currently studying an MSc in People and Organisational Development with Roffey Park Institute.
Jo’s success to date has been dependant on building relationships quickly and developing a good understanding of the real issues which require attention. She has worked with teams in conflict and her open and honest style ensures that she can discuss sensitive issues with respect and integrity.
