Jo is a highly skilled and experienced Organisational Development Consultant and Coach specialising in people change.

She has decades of experience as a strategic HR and OD business partner leading large, complex change programmes, implementing learning and development solutions and delivering significant business transformation.

Jo has researched and explored the nature of conversations during transformational change with business leaders while studying for her MSc in People and Organisational Development from Roffey Park.

It was this research that led to Jo’s realisation that leading transformational change effectively was equally dependent on the leader giving attention to their own internal dialogue and self-regulation as well as their impact when engaging and conversing with others.
